Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 912. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7(HES) was adopted. SENATE CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7(HES) was read the second time. Senators Kerttula, Duncan, Phillips, Taylor, Rieger, Sharp, Pearce, Zharoff moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7(HES) was before the Senate on final passage.
